Quite a few sets to choose from, type the model number in the box and Select your part(s)

Ideal for lost, broken or missing parts.

I've just ordered a couple of parts which my child has lost.

I've confirmed with a Lego rep over the phone and asked if any charge and they said no.

can call to confirm Tel: 00800 5346 5555 (Free via landline mobiles may charge)

We are available 9am - 5pm (GMT) Monday - Friday.

Obviously if you go over the top they may stop it as i did query poss P&P charge and they said only for big orders or people who try to abuse this service but again can do it over the phone

It's not a deal, it's a freebie

Cold, this is not a deal. It is a good service to be fair, I've used it in the past to request an item that was missing from a Lego set and it's good to make people aware that the service exists but it's not a deal as such.

This is utterly cool though

i worry people are now going to abuse this.

Thanks for the heads up, I'll stick to using it for missing pieces, if they're good enough to offer it free in the first place least people can do is be decent about using it

This is fab I can finally sort all the annoying little bits that are missing, couldn't care less if it's a deal or not as I wouldn't have been aware if you hadn't posted! Thank you.

For those thinking about abusing this they are pretty thorough the second time you try and ask for parts as they do keep a record of who you are. I've used the service twice...once for generic parts and once (the second time) for a licenced part (the Iron Man visor). For the licenced parts you have to provide them with a unique number that's printed on the manual that came with your set.

has any tried doing this and ordered an entire millenium falcon?

Thanks for sharing this didn't know they offered such a service.

great had a few sets with missing pieces

ive used this service as my sons remote control train didnt work on xmas day...ordered replacement part and they sent out all of the remote control parts incase it wasnt the bit i had ordered..all free of charge...now hav a workin train...fab service just hope people dont abuse it

Even I was not aware of it

thank you

Thanks op could come in handy

Hot. Wasn't aware of this service. Might come in handy. Thanks!

Thanks OP.

Nothing new - they've always done this

Nothing new here, if you abuse the system they could block your address/account etc

You mean a piece you lost or misplaced.

Lego sets don't have missing pieces.

What page should that link to. I get the normal service page?

Oh they do. Maybe you've been lucky or don't buy many sets but over time, you'll get quite a few sets with missing pieces.

Voted hot in recognition that it's going to help a lot of people, even if I won't take advantage myself - and also to counter one of those pedants voting cold because 'it's not a deal'.

You, Sir, are a brick! Well done!

+1

Could you make 900 separate enquiries for every piece of the sea cow from lego movie.

Great, now every idiot will try and scam free parts and figs for profit, way to go on helping shut down a great service.

thanks

Brilliant thanks v much:)

thanks I didn't know this

Now the HUKD leaches are into this expect the service to disappear

I used it a while ago when I dug out some old Star Wars sets - I believe at the time it said there would be a charge (but they sent them to me for free as they were unable to provide one or two pieces) - so it's great that it's free now. Hopefully people don't abuse it

It happens only once for me though in a good 20-30 sets, I was missing a long Technic peg piece from my AT-AT, quick email to them and it was with me within 3 days

To all the ones that knew about this service well done to you but some of us didn't and I for one am very grateful for this post. Thanks op, ignore all the miserable life haters

I have hundreds of sets and never had a missing piece in one. Must have been lucky. I've lost the odd piece and lego have just sent the piece to me free of charge. Very good.

Lego on fb always advise people and give directions and what to do if you have missing pieces. Do hope this is not abused and the service gets taken down. Luckily I've never had missing pieces :-)

Used the online service last month for my Lego camper van. Had 5 bits missing which arrived yesterday from Germany. Great customer service from Lego
