Free mac samples

I tried thanks.. But live 12 miles from a store thanks tho op..

had a go.....but 17.7 miles away !!

I was told sorry but they don't give out samples. I did explain that I didn't live near a store.

19.35 miles away argh!!!!

when I phoned them they said no samples but when I chatted with them on the live chat they said if over 20 miles they can send!

do you mean from a MAC store or will they include a Department Store regarding mileage. As when I search store locator but take off option for Department store. It says I am 40 miles away? Thanks

Last time I tried to ring Mac (make-up) to see if they had my foundation is store, I had a very strange conversation with a man for a few minutes before I realised I'd rang a computer shop and he realised I wanted make-up. LOL.

You have to message them via online chat.

emailanartist@mac-cosmetics.co.uk - send your name and address along with the shade of foundation you would like and they will send 2x samples

I live 25 miles away and just requested a sample in the online chat, and they said 'Samples are not currently available from MAC Cosmetics Online.  However, if you need any assistance in selecting products, I will be happy to provide you with a personalised recommendation.'

they only emailed me this morning to confirm my address for sending samples

They have stopped giving out any samples!
