Same here, not got an email from them
Malwarebytes Premium is currently only available to select Personal and Premier customers currently.

If you are a Personal or Premier digital customer and are opted in to receiving marketing communications, then you should have received an email from us.

This email will contain information about Malwarebytes, your unique coupon code and a link to the Malwarebytes sign-up page.

If you don’t have an email, this is likely due to your marketing preference choice. Unfortunately, we are not allowed to market this offer to customers who have opted out of such communications.

We are working hard to deliver a change to our online service, which will allow all customers to claim Malwarebytes Premium as soon as we can. We will be extending this offer to our business customers at this time too.

Slows your pc down big time

not really, it just depends if you have a good pc, since av softwares constantly search for viruses
I use the free version but was having problems on parent's PC where they had paid for version and it was blocking most internet access and causing FIrefox to grind to a halt remarkably and only way to resolve was to switch Malwarebytes to the freebie version and instantly solved problems... Happened twice... deactivating premium feature was much easier than trying to fathom out what it was doing to cause the problem!
Isn't malwarebytes free anymore? Always used to be
Email invite only. Apparently if you have email offers(spam) turned off then you can't get the offer and turning it on now doesn't sound like it'll change that. Kind of sucks of them but apparently they're going to try and change it but I wouldn't hold my breathe. The free version of Malwarebytes is good enough anyway, you odn't really need to be paying these days but premium would be nice since I have the free version installed anyway,

Its the premium version.
Sounds like it is only for selective customer. But it is still a good deal to me

Think it had some features removed from the free version so premium is more necessary.
Makes me real glad i bought it ages ago and got a lifetime license valid on multiple devices

I was looking to get a license for my mac recently but if I can get free for 10 devices, that would be a perfect.
Got the invite off a rarely used current account, Brucey bonus!
Recently deleted premium version as it kept coming up with false positives and ruined Windows and knocked out valid progs.

Years ago this was a good program, but now there are lots of alternatives.

Reviews for this are pretty terrible. Was going to consider installing if had vpn which it doesn't. Sounds like natwest looked for the cheapest company possible for marketing purposes only
I'm interested. Can I get one?

The premium is on 24/7 so scans all traffic etc where as the free only scans when you request it. Many say the premium is a resource hog and so the free is better as long as you scan periodically. You may find many of the premium features (like ransomware protect) covered by other products you have.
Maybe change the title to "Free 3 years Malwarebytes software for [some] Nat West customers"
Stopped using it as it was hogging memory on my older PC units but up to a couple of years ago it was just running in the background nicely.

Been using the one off payment lifetime Pro version on a couple of PCs for years now. Absolutely invaluable, wouldn’t be without it, and not even a resource hogger.

I tried to get a mod to do this but nothing happened - if you click "report" and try, maybe they might change the title - it's VERY misleading as only a few of us can get this - I'm a Natwest customer and I cant get it.

Nothing on there at the mo. If you have a studentbeans account then you can get the discount but the only Malwarebytes stuff I found were £20 and then a very dubious "lifetime" one for under £4.

If you use torrents at all then you'll know that Malwarebytes picks things up that every other utility does not, never mind the blue moon when you have to browse sites of dubious security - I wouldn't be without Malwarebytes realtime protection personally!

Absolutely! Works with your antivirus to produce about as safe an environment as you can reasonably expect.

Even managed to disinfect one of those ransomware attacks which are normally impossible to deal with a while back. That was when I first discovered just how good it is
You can call NatWest for a link, assuming not had an email.

Kindest regards
Got mine, thank you
