I'm sorry but London is the best place in the United Kingdom by far.

I went with the family last night and it was great.
The artworks are there all months but this weekend there are extra installations and performances.
Also fantastic free face painting for the kids.

Well worth a visit.

Yeah, i especially like the financial divide between the rich and poor.

Couldn't see where to get the free travel and accommodation as we are part of the majority of the population that don't live in London. Brrrrr.

I live in London - my cinema charges £4 for each ticket, including 3D films. How much does yours charge?

Which cinema is that?! I've been staying away from cinemas since the prices went over a tenner a ticket! Well, unless I thought the cinema would make the film that much better.

Everythings more expensive in London. Is discrimination,as Northerners can buy things cheaper.:p

There's even a price difference between Inner and Outer London.:(
Eg.go to a Wederspoons in the West End or the City and fair chance it will cost more than in Outer London.:(

Premiere Cinema in Romford, website at premierecinemas.co.uk if you want to see what's on. Also, the (somewhat superior) Romford Vue has dropped its prices to compete, so that's now just £5.99, or £3.99 on a Tuesday with a (free) Super Tuesday code.

It was part of the weekend festival so it's finished now, but they do events like this quite often and usually include face painting. It's very good quality - proper works of art!

tony93

Wederspoons?

Yeah,is a pub chain that sell near sell-by-date beer at cheap prices.
Only reason for going is for all them young ladies at the weekends (and not if you want a decent pint).:)
