there doesn't seem to be much on the site, any idea what hotels?

Almost certainly a waste of time, and possibly a waste of your money too.

These so-called 'financial reviews' are about you telling someone you don't know all about your finances so that they can then be better armed to sell you the services of their employer, whether or not those services are right for you, and regardless of whether or not you could get a better deal elsewhere.

Sure, you might get a free night in a hotel (not necessarily worth that much - think of it as a loss leader for the hotel - you'll possibly pay for a second night, buy drinks, meals, breakfast etc.) - but it's a bit like going to a timeshare sales pitch to get it - really not worth the hassle (leaving aside the potential for being saddled with financial 'products' you don't need or will never be able to claim on! Critical illness cover anyone? :-)

So turn up for your financial review, say you have no money, no mortgages, no interest in any insurance, and then say "Can I have my free hotel room, please?"

So now they're giving the bank away instead of the hotel rooms then?
