I knew that it's fishy, just saved me a lot of T&C reading.
    Thanks for that!
Can I top up my PSN account with free £10?
So you still have to pay £10 to get the free £10?

Yes. I done it towards the end of last year.
You need to top up with a tenner don't you?
How often do you need to top up to keep the SIM live - I've had a look at the T&C but failed to find anything. Trying to work out how the compuslsory £10 top up will translate into O2 priority Nero coffee!
£10 Top-up required, this deal and Original Poster are thicker and colder than the "Mini beast from the east"

    That’s a bit harsh.

Go check the temperature of this deal, pretty much the consensus is that they everyone agrees with me, only thing is, I put the sentiment into words. Harsh words, but the OP had to be told for posting a misleading title

I agree it’s not the best deal but I’m not sure the op intended to mislead anyone with the title.

I just think when folks get criticised so harshly, they’ll be less like to post another deal which next time might be a good one.

Why would you top up to get O2 Priority - insert sim in a phone, open Priority app and register using the O2 sim number. No need to add credit for that
Go through Quidco O2 Free Sim link for potentially £10 cashback too (I had both Quidco and the sim free credit offer in January, though it may not work for all)

That's what I originally thought.Tried this already - just throws it back "Unable to register at this time. Please try again later". Read somewhere that it requires an activated sim to allow registration. Have you done this successfully?

That's what I've done, but if the sim isn't activated (had credit added) within a year, it is no longer usable... This might not be a problem straight away, but when the Priority app decides it needs to be reactivated (as mine did a couple of weeks ago) then you can't receive the confirmation text if the sim is deactivated...

That explains it. Another loophole closed then (fierce). Thanks
    For info: Live Chat O2:

"A Pay and Go sim is active for 6 months, you need to Top Up once in 6 months and also make a chargeable call / text to keep your number active."

Then request a new sim to activate again when required?
Does this still work could potentially get £20 psn for £10 ?

The paperwork with the sim i received recently states "Your last chance to top up this sim is 13.03.2019", which will be 1 year from when it was sent out...
