Will this work with a Irish VPN and address of an Irish Mcdonalds? Or should I have a friend there or a PO box?

Feel a bit sorry for the OU having to send course materials out to NI. Hope they don't use Hermes who expect customers to pay international delivery prices despite NI being in the UK.
    deleted531767's avatar
Total rubbish. I've used Hermes loads and paid standard rates.
