Free places to the 2018 Cancer Research Race for Life 2018

Found 9th Apr
Just received an email from Tesco informing me not only are they proud to be sponsoring this awesome event for the 17th year running but also, that they have 13,000 free places to give away to any ladies who like to partake in any of the 3 events taking place.

The 5k, The 10k and the Muddy run.

All you have to do is apply the following code on the website and register your interest.

Code is - TESRFL18.

This really is an amazing event run by a great charity that helps not only raise funds but also raises awareness to an awful illness that takes far to many loved ones from us.
Community Updates
Just booked with a cousin and a friend and kids together, dont need multiple code use. One time code will take all the entry fee off (took £84.99 off for me)

It's rather sexist since it's ladies only.

Is my pleasure.
I wish her luck in the race.
How do they make money if they give you free entry?
Says £14.99 for adults?

As with many things, probably justified by the additional money it brings in via participation (and thus fundraising) and sponsorship compared with if they did the same as a unisex event (and I guess they prefer maximising their bang for buck by throwing everything into the female-only Race for Life rather than run a parallel male equivalent - that I CAN at least understand).

I am a cancer survivor and I used to do this race with my brother when they first started it. It was on bikes back then and ALL could enter and it was great fun then one year it went pink and we (brother and me) wern't wanted any more.

Yes there are other events men can enter but to make this exclusivly for women takes away a lot of possible revenue I think
Can’t use the code anymore
Code no longer valid as it has already been used before..
