Oh well .....
There's no such thing as a free lunch (or smoke)!
I thought they were a chocolatey biscuit snack!
Cheese.
If you buy drugs from someone in the street (out of your own free will) can that person be held responsible for your death if you die because of drug taking?
Yes
The point being that you chose to buy it, no one forced you to.
The point being one is legal, the other is not.
Let me try another;
If you wanted to kill yourself but only had the gun but no bullets, if someone gave you a bullet knowing that bullet was going to kill you would that person be held responsible for your death.
Great for a one-day backup when you run out of e-liquid though, hot!
Ridiculous and stupid comparison to that of giving someone a light.
Talk about moronic. Yeah of course they can because when that person dies in say 40 years time they'll be able to tell exactly which cigarette out of the 250,000 they smoked was responsible and exactly who gave the person a light when they smoked that specific cigarette and charge them for manslaughter.
I guess? lool.
Its different .....
Haha I also saw something similar when I was walking home that was metal with a light by the side of the road a few weeks ago but it was near a carpark and there was a few taxi drivers so I didn't want them to think I was a weirdo raking in the gutter haha so kept on walking - bet it was a e-cig!
to balance it out a little you'll have to include a bigger probability, e.g the person providing the bullet has a bucket of a 100 and only 1 is the real deal
i don't have an answer though lol
