First post here so be easy with me! Needed some new cookware and whilst browsing the frying pan section online noticed this was down as £0 with £4.95 delivery. Ordered two last night and got email confirmation to say it has been dispatched.

Not sure if its a mistake or not but I should be receiving them monday hopefully. No email yet from ProCook to say this is incorrect.

Next day delivery on all orders as far as I know, Monday - Thursday. Looking at the website it seems this pan may be worth around £18 given that the 26cm is charging £16

code GAST3 for free delivery, but this does not work with this frying pan offer.
Must add another item to basket.

Same here ordered and really hope we get it :-)
Tried ordering one thanks. Need a new frying pan
Ordered. Thanks
i got an email confirmation and in this email it states ...
Payments made by debit or credit card are taken at the point of order confirmation, so your card will now have been charged.
so the money has already been taken, sound like they will have to honor it
Hope you all manage to get panned!

Would seem from the site that they missed the 2 from the price and so it should be £20, based on the prices of other pans they have listed.
Tried to link the image but doesnt seem to be working heres a link to the screenshot confirming the order has been dispatched

Ordered 8 + £2 item with free delivery for £2

lol
Fingers crossed it's next day delivery so they might process it tomorrow before the boss turns up for work Monday ;-)
Mark it cold folks ;-)
I've had knives from here before which are really good, free pans are a bargain.
Just ordered 4 (one each for my mum, sister, BFF and our own house, gotta share the benefit!) plus a 50% off £5 non stick loaf pan to qualify for the free delivery (code GAST3) email confirming payment already received, did it via PayPal to ensure if products don't appear I can get money back. Just gonna sit and wait to see what happens! £5 for four frying pans and a loaf tin!
Up to £18.00 now ....
That's good news ;-)
The scale of loss here might just be insignificant enough for them to grin & bear it.
Well I'm guessing since mine has been disptached, I would imagine mine is on its way good luck to the rest of you
Needs expiring. Cheers Rob
yaa.. gone up to £18 now.. expired... but still hottt
£18 doesn't have a zero in it...
Now showing £18 so think its all over!!!
In my order history it says in status 'Problem' so not looking good......:(
mine say problem too, think i may call tommorrow if they dont call me. items sold and £18 product still in stock. i paid they should send really!
Just a thought, just checked the trading standards website. Pretty much once payment has been taken and email confirmation sent they and I have entered into a contract, them to provide goods, me agreeing to purchase goods at the price. More study required I think, just a train of thought at the moment see here: adviceguide.org.uk/eng…htm
They could argue that no payment was made for the goods.
Has the trader accepted your offer to buy?

•if payment has been taken. If payment has been taken from you this does not necessarily mean acceptance has happened, but it could be a good indicator.
Have scrutised their own terms and conditions and they s added the pis price clause in. So now they don't have to send. Boooo!
Would that be our taking the pis price?
Hahaha! Damn you autocorrect!
status = problem lol
Dear Customer,

You may be aware that over the weekend we had a system error on our website, the result being that our 28cm Fusion frying pan was showing at a cost of £0!

Clearly this was an error for which we apologise, and it is now showing at its proper price of £18 (High St price £36) which, we are sure you will agree, is still great value.

However, we recognise that you really wanted to enjoy the opportunity of receiving a free frying pan and so, as a gesture of goodwill, we are going to send you one free of charge in any case.

If you ordered more than one frying pan then you are welcome to reorder any quantity over and above your free one but at the correct price. P&P charges, where applicable, will still be charged to your account.

As we have to amend our system and sort out the huge number of orders we received for this item you will hopefully understand that your order will take a little while to process and we respectfully ask for your patience until the end of the week to receive your parcel.

With best wishes,

ProCook
I've got same email. So we're going to get our pans after all!!!!
