some people just dont know what a deal is

Im a Playstation diehard and readily admit this new FirstPlay thing is a pile of tosh . Pay 99p to find out any info that is already readily available (or will be minutes later) from hundreds of gaming sites . If this was 1991 then this would be amazing and I'd stop buying Your Sinclair , Sinclair User , Crash , C & VG etc but times have moved on .
As for the free Mini, well 99% of them are nothing better than browser flash games and If you dont own a PSP then they can be played on PS3 but look daft on a big HD telly .
If your really into it you can get a 3 month subscription for £8.99 saving £3.

Agree, I buy the official PS3 magazine and articles such as the GOW3 review were in there months ago...I bought the first 'episode' and it was rubbish. Usually launch issues of mags etc. are the best so if this is as good as it gets....well, count me out. Still decent deal on the game I suppose.

D-Cube Planet is well worth £1 (rrp £2.49), so if you look at it on that basis the actual FirstPlay video magazine IS free, which is as it should be (as per all the other comments re it being a pile of tosh and or readily available on the internet for nothing)

Magazine is 1gb, and game is 8mb

Have you played it? What would you give it out of ten?

Maybe a 7, its too short and a bit easy (SEE EDIT) But good fun while it lasts (about an hour - SEE EDIT). Some of the levels we didn't do in the fewest moves so that will take a bit longer. But after that theres no real replay value..........missing is online leaderboards with quickest times - ala Polar Panic which is miles better - albeit an extra £7 @ £8

Gameplay vids should be on you tube somewere

EDIT

I'd probably go to a 9 (considering it cost £1) - didn't realise there was easy medium and hard levels, all with 40 levels. So for 120 levels it is well worth it - just check the gameplay videos and make sure you like that sort of thing

How do you select a previous level from a savepoint? It just goes to level 40 and when you complete it its game over.

Crap post !!
