Do you get a physical disk

No. It's just a normal download from the PSN store.

Part one was a disc and download. Came with the headset. Don't know if the V2 has a part 2 disc.

Let's not forget cassette tapes for the spectrum and c64 mags, or even older when the free Atari 400 game was actually 20 pages of raw code you had to type.

Yes
Been lucky enough to play on a PSVR this week, and tried out all of the demos on both "discs". Most of the demos are ridiculously short, but the highlight of disc 2 has to be The Persistence. Only one "level" to play, and I couldn't get past the boss-type guy, but pretty good fun! Most of the other demos weren't long enough to get a real feel for the games... Moss could be great, but you can't easily play it sitting down (unless you are on a spinning chair) as the levels do seem to go all around you.

I recall trying to make demo discs for my Amiga - There was an application that helped you to make demos. You could add your own scrolling text, graphics, and sequenced music. It was a blast.
