They're different burgers and that deal is still there. These are more expensive and seasonal burgers.

Been yesterday to BK, one of the best vouchers on the app is 9 nuggets for £0.99, bargain.

They can offer this deal as you need to take out a mortgage to afford one of their burgers.

Still a rip off.

Had a Smokey BBQ Angus today with this deal. It is a nice burger but still a rip-off for £5.49 for just the burger. I imagine the other burgers are similarly priced.

I don't want to sound like the diet doctor on here but this new smokey BBQ Angus has over 1,000 calories in just the burger alone, I swear to god they're trying to increase this obesity crisis!

A fiver for a burger? LOL

Unhealthy food ftw!

I had the Angus BBQ earlier, wasn't worth the £5.19 I paid, did get a drink and fries, would prefer a GBK burger.

Burger King and McDonald’s have brought out burgers that cost £5+
Fair enough it’s fast food but a bit expensive in my opinion...

I had the McDonald's Signature Spicy burger yesterday and it was worth every penny. Really tasty and a completely different, higher quality bun and burger patty than normal. I'd happily pay over £5 for that again. Doesn't beat my own burgers of course but...they smoke my house out and involve effort.

So are you saying food like this shouldn't exist? Or just shouldn't be spoken about?

Life is for living - if someone has a psychological condition that stops them being able to maintain a balanced diet (which *can* include a 1000 calorie burger now and again) then it's not the fault of the supplier, just as rope manufacturers aren't responsible for suicides.

Ultimately there's free will in the world, and a takeaway is a nice treat for those who aren't obsessed with convincing themselves that eating grain and nuts is just as tasty as a McDonalds.

Not saying you're that person but I think it wouldn't harm to relax your stance a bit. Life is for living, and some people enjoy a Burger King now and again - I don't begrudge those who choose to pump iron 7 days a week so they can prance around town spilling out of a vest meant for a toddler - people are free to live their life as they see fit. There's enough misery and anger in the world without worrying about a burger.
