Going to Greggs for a salad is a bit like going to a prostitute for a cuddle!
That’ll make up for the sugar in the ribena
Free salad!! What a time to be alive.
Isn't a Gregg's salad made out of slices of sausage roll and chunks of pasty?

Ironic that your getting lovely freshness by buying a product now rammed full of chemical sugar.

And and for that reason.... I'm out
I wonder if this will work with a free Ribena voucher I have?

Presumably there's a limit of 1 free salad per person?

Not sure how much salads are, but assuming it's more than Ribena, and you might buy salad anyway... Why not just get it for the deal? And give Ribena to someone else.

Do they not do the sugar free version, then?
Do you need to use an app or something - anyone got the specific details?

ribena.co.uk/win/

Use code 2340 - Doesn't always work, but often does.

I have £3 credit on my Greggs account though, so not sure what will happen if I scan the app for the offer and give a voucher - don't want money coming off the song and lose a voucher...
Ty. Actually, Ye, I see what you mean. Hmm.
Ooo a great offer, I still have credit to use in my app too!

Yeah, pump some chemicals and sugar into some other mug.

No need for a mug - comes in a bottle ;-)

And obviously many people like the stuff.

It isn't Ribena anymore, tastes like drain cleaner now since removing the sugar and putting sweeteners in it... including something to to thicken it up to "look" the same

Lab rat? It's a bottle of ribena for god's sake

Sugar ? You'd be lucky, only available with chemical sugar substitute these days - no thanks.

Yes because industrially refined and processed white sugar is so much better.
James Milner will be all over this

Hey, I’m not against Ribena or helping homeless..
that conversation was going on like Ribena is not good, and ur reply was to offer homeless..
ur suggestion was actually good, but applied in wrong reply. So guess how it sounded like...

I meant on the context that how help suggested.. not against Ribena
I just did it and I got a free hot drink reward rather than salad. Is this only available in some branches?
Just did it but did not get a salad reward.

I'd say it is, yes.
Why?
And I won't touch refined it unless it's unavoidable, because I'm a sugar lover, always had a sweet tooth but raw cane sugar (any of 'em!) comes first.
BUT even white refined has to be better surely than putting some 'artificial' ie synthetic, sweetener inside your body?
I hate processed crap, but give me that any day over something synthetic and 'artificial' and NEVER meant to go inside your mouth.
Just think of aspartame. The man behind it, that most trusted of men, Donald Rumsfeld. THAT should tell you everything! You won't die from consuming artificial sweeteners, but long term... that's to be decided. Don't just eat healthily, try to 'drink' healthily too. Water is pretty good for you. How long before they add something to bottled water? Give it time...

Glucose (corn syrup etc) causes diabetes and also fatty liver disease, yup you don’t get waist inches off it you get a bigger unhealthy obese liver which then under attack makes you eat more for energy to heal itself - that’s why Glaxo sold off its non healthcare drinks, Lucozade and Ribena to Japan, it was a contradiction of what Glaxo is - a healthcare company.
Is Ribena included in the £3 meal deal?
