Nothing to do with being a "snob" and everything to do with recognising it's a horrible rag which tells lies and ruins lives.

Lets get this back on track-one of the best feel good xmas film ever made with the late Dudley Moore-getting this free is brilliant even if you throw away the paper. Thanks for the post-I'll be down the newsagents early because these offers always go like hotcakes!

Just thinking the same, if ever there was a reason to not buy the Sun(Sun + Poor film), this is it. :giggle:

Not one the of the best movies of all time but it'll only cost you the price of a newspaper.

COLD

Never buy this rag.

great deal, i will be buying this paper on saturday for this film.

hot and rep given

is the dvd actually going to be inside the paper or do you have to go to bl00dy whsmiths to pick it up - really annoying that one!

inside

Cool, great for my niece & nephew, thanks

Cant believe the coldness from the posts. Who cares about the rag, 35p for a Christmas film for the kids cant be bad... Voted Hot

love the film hate the paper would rather pay the money and order on line than giving money to the scumbag sun

Yeah, i think id rather pay 3 quid to hmv than support the ignorant xenophobes that are The Sun

I love this film and think it's a fantastic offer!! Can't vote it cold just coz you don't like paper!! :x Santa knows who's been good and bad and as thumper (from 'bambi') says if you can't say anything nice don't say anything at!! :giggle:

A great film, really Christmassy (is that a proper word?), love it when all the kids start crying when their toys start falling apart. LOL!

Wouldn't buy the Scum though to get it free, either buy the proper version from an online retailer, or perhaps in a week or 2 your local chazzer shop will have it as Scum readers probably won't keep it as they just want hooky copies of new films from 'Jack down the pub'.

:santa:

Another one who won't be buying the paper just for the film, they could put a new release DVD in every copy and I still wouldn't buy this *****.

Oh, and as this is a free offer - shouldn't it be i nthe "Free" section where it can die the death it rightly deserves?
How do you report a thread?

Great - a free dvd and something to put under the puppy when its having a pee!!! thats about all the suns good for!! :santa:

the sun used to sell 250,000 copies day in the Liverpool area - post 'The Truth' headline - its lucky to top 12,000.

best headline the star ever had!!

check this out -youtube.com/wat…oE0 - this was the AC Milans fans - playing in Milan against real Madrid- singing 'You'll Never Walk Alone' as a mark of respect - same as the Sunderland fans did in reaction to some of the Man U's fans behaviour during the minutes silence the following week.

Im not a scouser by the way - Manchester born and a blue  - this post just reminded of how a couple of wonderful gestures came out of such a disaster.

RIP 96

Boycott The Sun!

COLD VOTE.

Don't get your clunge in a knot love. People can vote how they want. It's not ''coz we don't like the paper'' its because we f**king despise it and the sh**e it prints.

I haven't got anything nice to say about the S*n and anyone who has wants their head testing.

wouldnt worry about it too much - the free dvds usually come in a cardboard sleeve - would imagine the recipient would think you were bit stingy if you gave then an obvioulsy free dvd as a present!! :?

horrible, nasty, repulsive, piece of rag

can't imagine they would ever give anything away free that would make me buy it

Correct me if I'm wrong, but weren't you the one who claimed that Liverpool Football Club had both a minutes silence and wore black armbands at EVERY home game last season?

:? Blimey some people on here get wound up about some daft things.

Its a great film for xmas, thanks for posting:thumbsup:

well I for one will continue buying the Sun AND the Star every day.....the DVD will be a bonus as my 3 yr old loves the film

Perhaps you should get yourself some education if you think deliberately printing utter lies that devastated families following Hillsborough is a 'daft thing'.
