This is not a freebie, it's still 2.99-This junk which has cost them 20p to make, is for Poor, Uneducated & lazy folk who thinks it will make them super-human by just taking a simple pill/supplement, how has it worked out for you so far?If you want Super Duper Extra Mega Hardcore All Kind of Gainz here is a better product, 75p per kilo at your local supermarket:[Image]

I agree - but I have tried and tried this and am finding I can't use both brakes or gear levers and struggle to hold the bowl for even a few miles ; I've dropped and broken and lost so many bowls and spoons - or porridge spills and I find I'm trying to eat it in the first 5 miles instead of keeping the bowl for the 60 / 70 mile point which is when I most find I need a boost. Evenat 3-4 miles its cold, lumpy and spills over the bike or down my cycling bib as I don't really want to stop to refuel once cycling, Tried putting in a drinks bottle but it gets so cold and thick I can't get it out without stopping and using a spoon or fork ( lost quire a few of those on the rides too ). Not to mention being chased by 3 bears once in the forest. Any tips on how you manage would be greatly received... might just try this offer - cheaper than dropping another porridge bowl when on next 100 mile sportive

Sure, although you would need a good running backpack to have a nice bowl of cereal two hours in your run... it has to fit bowl, spoon, milk and .. a microwave?

Once you are 17 you can pass your test and drive a car. Eat your porridge at home and set Off? You can still knock on your mates to come out and play as well plus you don't have to wear skin tight clothing that honestly isn't as attractive as you think..
😊
You need better organisation n3m3sis. I'm running Cambridge Half Marathon on Sunday, and I did toy with the idea of taking energy gels to supplement my glycogen levels as they deplete, but figured it'd be easier to have a friend wait for me to pass at mile 8 with a bowl of porridge.

Thanks OP! Purchased some of their strawberry rapid recovery as well which was on offer for £13.99 to get the free delivery (also gives you x2 GO caffeine shots)

btw It really isn't worn to be attractive , just to get way less aero drag, over 15km/h+ just to slice through air takes more energy than the cycling itself.

lol, Or you could just make bars out of them for actually good energy-reload if that is your goal.
anyway you are much better off taking straight sugar packets than this stuff ( similar results, actually better & convenient if those are your needs)

Do you even know what those super Duper Mega Ultra PERFORMANCE Bars are made from?
This is the main ingredient,

I wasn't being serious about having a friend stand with a bowl of porridge!

I do use gels though, on long runs, and they do seem to give me a boost when I'm flagging.

I actually had a free trial of the gel things a few years ago and thought they were alright but not cheap enough for me to buy regularly. I'm happy to give my £5 to trial some of the other products/flavours and get a new bottle. If you disagree then fair enough, I'm not going to tell you how to spend your money

So enlighten us to what supplement you recommend that educated and rich people use. The isotonic has caffeine which keeps me alert, that’s all I need, so what’s the alternative for the rich & educated? I don’t use these either but for people who do I wouldn’t call them poor and uneducated.

NO, no, no, no! It's all white lies. Don't believe everything your mum is telling you about us adults - it's what mummies do to help their little ones grow up - you'll see one day.

Why do you think you need ANY? Did some Packaging told you that? Or that Commercial on TV?

Who exactly told you that you need caffeine to keep you alert? Have a good rest, eat plenty of decent food and you will be more alert than those eating this stuff and praying on the caffeine& sugar to keep them awake.
Change your priorities Son and good gains will come to you if those are your Goals!
Good Luck!
