Entrance on a first come, first served basis !

just received this email:

" Hi

Here's your holding ticket for the Get Closer cinema season. Click the link below to print out this email and exchange it at your local participating cinema for your ticket – you can do this any time from now on. Tickets are allocated on a first come first served basis, so don’t leave it too long!"

ok this is bizarre I got my ticket went to the cinema and they have no information and no booking details for it at all. So although i have the ticket printed out they dont know if its a first come first serve on the day or untill the event. When tickets will be available how many tickets one Code gets you could be 2 could be 4 and no events showing on their system for the 29th june? I hope i dont miss out on this as dirty dancing is my wife's favourite film of all time.

anyone had any luck actually redeeming their email for tickets at the cinema?

This all seems a bit weird!

Not yet but il give them a phone today and see whats going on with this if i can get a free min

Went along to York city screen today. apparently tickets are available next week, but you can sign up online this week. From prev experience things go live on Tueday, but I'll be popping in this weekend to see if the tickets are available.

Just to let you know - got my tickets!
