If you do not frequently travel by bus, you may be interested to know that the Mayor, Sadiq Khan, has launched the new Hopper fare.

When you use a contactless payment or Oyster card to pay as you go on buses or trams, you can make a second bus or tram journey for free, within one hour of first touching in.

Hmmmm might not be good for long journey eg if I use bus 25 from Ilford and want to get off at Oxford circus to hop on to another bus then this would have been more than 60minutes anyway. .. hmmmm I wonder if there is a way around it?
Have some heat for heads up

It's a deal, not a freebie, as you have to buy a ticket.

A good idea, they've had similar schemes in some American cities for years, glad its finally appeared over here.
Thanks for the heads up, have some heat.

You'd just pay two fares as now so nothing lost.

what's the furthest you can go, do you reckon
