Celebrate the release of Sherlock Holmes, in cinemas Boxing Day, with four free gifts exclusively with your Telegraph from Friday. You can claim a leather-effect USB drive, limited edition 3D prints, exclusive digital photo frame and a glossy A2 poster - just send postage.

See the paper between Friday, December 18 and Tuesday, December 22 for details. (which I guess means that you need to buy the paper - or just read through it in the newsagency. Or perhaps someone could post the codes on here.)

Plus, collect passwords each day for the chance to claim an amazing portable digital video camera worth £90 for just £9.99, plus p&p. This amazing super-portable, super-simple gadget makes it easy to capture and share high-quality video anywhere and everywhere.

In a dynamic new portrayal of Arthur Conan Doyle's most famous characters, Sherlock Holmes sends Holmes (Robert Downey Jr.) and his stalwart partner Watson (Jude Law) on their latest challenge. Revealing fighting skills as lethal as his legendary intellect, Holmes will battle as never before to bring down a new nemesis and unravel a deadly plot that could destroy the country.

I went for this offer, gathered my passwords and clicked on the Full Gift Pack link via the website - was redirected to an RBS Worldpay site which took my credit card details then told me my order was accepted (GBP8.98 in total - not bad if everything is as described).

All well and good but they never asked for a shipping address - how do they know where to deliver the order?

Anybody else confused by this?

yes i noticed that as i wished to send the items elesewhere so ho hum

but more particularly i have tried to claim the digital video camera using the PASSWORDS i have accumulated but when i go onto the site it asks for CODES this was yesterday

help anyone or has the whole thing gone down and expired
