Free Skype to Skype calls

I've received an email like many Skype users for an offer of 2 SIM cards no contracts nothing.

Sign up to them, and as long as your phone is compatible with 3G you can start making calls using this SIM at no cost as long as it is to another Skype user. (Tell them to get the SIM card too).

I've signed up and am waiting for them SIMs to arrive.

These were on here before:

Thanks

You need a skype compatible phone too, not just a 3g one.

e.g. The Nokia E61 isn't on their list however it is a 3g phone. I believe there are apps available to add the functionality to more phones than 3 list.

i received 3 simcard, recently,
which holds free 3 to 3 calls and text and free skype calls forever.

I was told it will be activated once top-upped once.
I did with 5£ and now i m told it needs 3 phone to use sim card and skype supported phone for skype calls.
So, i m stuck with paying 5£ and getting nothing, unless i buy a phone

Umm you could always use it as a proper phone and actually make calls or send texts with it?

The sim will work with any phone providing the phone is unlocked, it's only Data use that it needs a 3G compatable phone

You'll need a £5 top up every 90 days to get that stuff (the skype doesn't require a top-up). Afaik it's 5000 3 - 3 minutes according to three but I can't see a written limit anywhere. You get more texts the more you top-up.

You need a 3g phone to be able to use the sim otherwise it will get cut off, don't follow the post above mine as the sim will be cut off in a 2g phone.

I'd buy a phone if I were you, if you're gonna be able to use skype it'd be worth it for the saving in call charges. Cheapest phone is £30 from what I can see.

How exactly are they going to know if your using a 2g phone and cut it off when If there's no signal where you are (most oif the country) 3's calls go onto and via Orange's 2g network as they have an agreement with them, and Orange supplies the network when there is no 3G coverage
most people probably wouldn't know this was happening unless your phone actually said it was a 2G call.

i'm having problems with Unbranded Nokia 6500 Certificates.. although they say its compatible... is anyone having troubles with their certs?
