Free Soccer website for your team
If like me you are involved in a football team then this site is great
It offers you a free website for your team, it has lots of good features including sms messaging, email and a club shop which works similar to quidco so you can even raise some cash for the club.
It is very easy to use I am proof of that.

If you are not involved in a club I am sure most people know someone who is so it is worth in my opinion passing the info on.

Good luck

I got a mail from them yesterday a forum is on its way they say by april maybe sooner

From the email

"Club Guestbook - first of all please accept our apologies! For numerous reasons, we have had to delay the development of guest book and anticipated that this feature would be coming available a lot sooner than it has! The good news is that the Guest Book is now due for release in early April (if not sooner!).
The Guest Book will provide a message board for your club and each of it's affiliated teams. We envisage this feature providing great fun for your players and a very good tool for communicating useful club information.

My team is with clubwebsite:

Do you have a link to your club shop please? - I'd be interested in a nosey if you wouldn't mind
A club shop is something I've been considering for a while and wondering the best way to go about it - If this site makes it easy to get off the ground then hopefully I can at least make a start via them :-D

Totally free to set up and run

I think they make money via the shops and sms messaging and a couple of ads (nothing major though)

example

you get 10 free sms on your site to use you can then top up at a cost

the shop if you compare to quidco don't offer the same %'s which makes me think that they will take a cut, but i just see the shop as a bonus anyway

I haven't paid a penny

ok, many thanks, looks good then, I will forward this information on to our chairman to look at.

As you say, a bonus income :-D

Tiz a nice site you have danmem with some very nice to read match reports - It's good to read such encouraging words for the youngsters - A lesson to be learnt there for a few 'less encouraging' managers/trainers of all age groups methinks:whistling:

Good luck to your Panthers btw - Wasn't sure at first if I was visiting a football league or not, what with all the Panthers, Pumas, Tigers & Colts:giggle:

Thanks again

Totally free and extremely easy to update:thumbsup:

If your bored, take a look around our site:

as you will see from our xmas do, we are all finely tuned athletes:whistling:

it is free but if you want a domain name to yourself like we have mursleyunitedfc.co.uk you pay £20 for 2 years (it might have changed by now, but that is still a fantastic price!)

What has the world come to when you have to put initials instead of full names for security reasons, it is a sad state of affairs really isn't it?

And that's not me having a dig at you or your club, just disappointing that in this day and age we have to take such precautions!

If you want your own domain name i would recommend lowcostnames I think it worked out about £15 for a .co.uk for 2 years

I have used them on a few occasions
