I booked up to the six week free child's course. turned up today for first lesson and no one there. waste of time. I have confirmation email confirming dates/times but no formal of contact details for either the club or clubspark

Hi Mike, Sorry to hear that things have not worked out. At the bottom of the confirmation email I received from our local tennis club, there was an email contact for the organiser at the club and his mobile number if we wanted to change our mind to free up the place for another child. Can you not get a contact telephone number / email address of your club from the internet to find out what has gone wrong? Hope you manage to get it sorted.

hi, got it sorted eventually. my littleun is enjoying the lessons now. just a different day than original email quoted. cheers
