Because it's a generally poorly looked upon film /book and the average user of this site does dumb things like voting based on whether they like the thing the deal's for, rather than if it's good value for people who would want it.

Not seen any reviews for it and IMDB and Rotten T's doesn't have any ratings yet either.
And the lovely Olivia Cooke is in it, so can't be all bad
think, need to have SKY to benfit. puts most off.
Can you send me a link that works? I'm. A sky customer!

Good find. A great book and sure to be a great film with Spielberg in charge. Perhaps the book was a bit intellectual for you a-j, see if you can solve this anagram to boost your intelligence “ yuo era a cokc”

Says more coming soon on every theatre for me.
So I've got to go to Manchester or Newcastle? Or Birmingham?
Where the flip is Leeds or York?

South, south, south,....
No reviews...free tickets..maybe they aren't too confident it will live up to the hype.
These tickets are available through the Sky VIP app. However, if you are 'lucky' to get tickets, you are not guaranteed entry as it is a first come first served offer and they issue more tickets than there are seats to ensure they get a full screen. Not so bad if you only live close by but more of a gamble if you are travelling a distance.
All locations sold out!

It’s because there’s a very small amount of tickets available. For example I’ve been looking for cinema/sports/other free sky tickets since they started introducing this on there mysky app about 18 months ago. There’s so few available that every time I check there all sold out. I’ve never managed to secure a free ticket of any genres and I look frequently. By the look of other comments I’m not on my own here.

In what circles is this book considered poor?
Seem to be all gone now
Good deal for those who are interested, but reading the book has made me never want to see this film...

I've heard a lot of negativity toward it from gamers, who I understand are overrepresented in the users of this site. I've never looked into it myself, since it's not something that interests me but, to be honest, most times I've heard the book mentioned anywhere it has been in a negative context. Last one I recall was someone complaining about it being transphobic.

Sky does a couple of movies a month at least. Red sparrow, and I, Tonya being two recent ones, so hardly the type of stuff they don't think will do well. It's also a pre-premiere screening, normally on the Monday or Tuesday before the actual premiere on Thursday

Fair enough. As one the gamer comment surprises me at least.

IIRC they were complaining it brought back negative ideas about the hobby that everyone thought had died out, or something. Pretty sure I saw people complaining it was weak story-wise and crammed in too many pointless references, too. But, yeah, it's not something that interested me, so I never dug any deeper.
When do they usually release the batches? I was watching this to see when it went live then as soon as it did it seemed to say more coming for me, Must just be the time of day that I check?
The next batch of tickets appears to be live
Got sorted around lunch time today for Belfast so get on it folks
