When you try to claim it using Clicksnap it will appear as FREE

It said "competition"...it is very strange!

And mine!

This works OK, it has been confirmed on my account. Unfortunately no profit, paid £1.39, 28p with PYO back and received £1.11 cashback. Once you have claimed this another offer will pop up, 25p back on your next purchase.

Total is a Greek recipe yogurt....... and not the cheaper Greek Style

It might be free but it's not for me. Some might say an 'aquired taste'.....

The 170g yoghurt cost £1.10 at most stores so I might have been awarded wrong cashback amount. I know the email address for COS for this case (they always adjust the right amount very quickly). Does anyone have a contact email for Quidco Clicksnap?

Think you have to raise a support ticket via quidco - I started doing one for similar reason and gave up as couldn't override a drop down box with the lower price they were offering.

Anyone know if this includes the 0% packs, or is it just the packs that look like the one pictured?

I don't think so. They had a promotion for Total 0% yoghurt on COS about 2 weeks ago.

Clicksnap changed this offer, it says £1.10 cashback for one product. Make sure you use PYO in Waitrose so you don't lose out when you buy 200g pot. The 170g yoghurt is £1.10 everywhere else.

Note that the item is described in its heading as "FREE... yoghurt" and the T&Cs clearly say...
"Where the offer is shown as "Free", you will instead receive the full purchase price paid for the item."

So ideally you have the energy/time to go thru their support/help to claim your entitlement!

NB: While shopping there's also a "Free" loaf on Quidco ClickSnap (QCS) and/or CheckoutSmart (CoS) with a Hovis Low Carb, sold eg by Waitrose at £1.10 or £1.20 and offer shows £1.00 eg on QCS. Pleased to report CoS very quickly processed a £1.20 receipt as a £1.20 cashback

It's really easy to contact COS, but nearly impossible with Clicksnap.

It's really easy to contact COS

Okay... how do I do that? Live support used to be in the dropdown menu at the top, now I've been all over the place and can't find it anywhere.

Quidco are getting on my nerves lately. Live support was sold as part of premium membership. Now it doesn't seem to exist at all and I can't find any way whatsoever to ask about incorrect Clicksnap, not even a support ticket.

Live support is still listed as a premium benefit, so presumably they haven't scrapped it. Wheeeeeeeeeere is it.

There used to be a roundabout way of submitting a clicksnap support ticket but they've seemed to have cut it off. I the past I've had replies from them re clicksnap (and back and forth conversations about the meaning of FREE ) from customersupport@quidco.com Maybe try and send them an email, it's really sloppy of them to use both Free and a set amount in the description and then in their t&c to have two different scenarios as if its one or the other only.

'For an in-store query please provide your receipt ID and the offers which you are expecting cashback for, along with your Quidco user ID/Email address.

Then one of our team will get back in touch with you shortly after you submitting your query'

In the end I used their Facebook account and contacted them via Messenger

Just as I am about to submit my purchase on 26/10, it's now says from 27/10-31/10!

I claimed for my yoghurt on 26.10. Next day another offer appeared for £1.10. Claimed it too and it's been confirmed already. 2 free yogurts

They want another copy of the receipt but I threw it away after using the in-app camera function to take it. And it took them five days to reply.

Oh well. It's only another 25p difference and I'm not about to spend weeks going back and forth via email.
