Hey guys,

We don't really want to be super strict on this.

However, vegan snack, we're intending this to be something you'd find in the snack isle in a supermarket, or in a cafe, or bakery, that sort of thing.

The list would be very long if we named each sort of product which is why we can't do this for you but hopefully this helps

Matt

Not sure what greggs reciepts show. In my mind it has to say vegan/meat substitute on it and needs to a snack, so something you eat in one go and not cook. but i have no idea.

I have peanuts here and they say Vegan friendly
Surely the definition of a snack is down to the consumer. What one person considers a light snack might be a full meal to someone else.

If it's vegan and edible it qualifies as a snack as far as I'm concerned
This vegan snacks makes me sure that vegan snacks it's all junk food with high glicemic index.
just bought Ryvita multigrain for £1 and uploaded a receipt, lets wait and see

I’ve given it a go with a slice of vegan cake. It doesn’t explicitly say that it’s vegan, but everything the shop sells is vegan, so hopefully somebody will work that out if they look it up.

Amazing cake, by the way. Maybe even the best cake I’ve ever bought. Never mind that it just happens to be vegan
I've bought nuts from the snack aisle in a supermarket and they say Vegan on the back so I hope it goes through ok
I bought a big bag of crisps, which happen to be vegan, even though they're bacon flavour and I've put the £1 profit towards a couple of pork pies.
I bought jelly beans, Walkers mix-ups and some kind of pea crisps in Poundland - didn't even bother looking to see if any of them were vegan - uploaded the receipt and got the cashback

Does yours say pending in your account?

Does yours say pending in your account?

Yes it does (I've since checked my snacks, and one was specifically marked as vegan; the other two are veggie and possibly vegan - I'm not 100% on the vegan dos and don'ts)
i got these, £1 from asda, these are vegan.

That's what I'm hoping. Thought I'd try one tomorrow. It's vegan and not a full meal itself, so it must be a snack.

Let me know if you get a receipt that states it's vegan 👌
Usually snap & save change to payable very quickly and mine still says pending. Given the offer was very vague i hope we aren't going to have to return things to the supermarket if it's not paid out? @TopCashbackRep

@rimalpatel007@starshinesbright

The receipt does say vegan!

I got both the vegan version and normal one, to compare (I did the same with the sausage rolls when they came out).

The vegan one is nice enough, and while I got a couple of "meat" chunks, it was mostly more of a bitty minced texture. There is a lot more onion flavour in it too unfortunately, but that's largely where it gets flavour from so to be expected I suppose.

I probably wouldn't buy it again, but then I'm not vegan. The vegan sausage roll was better - more solid (less mushy) than a normal Greggs sausage roll, but still pretty meaty.
I got some Tesco coupons in the post with Vegan products. One coupon was 55p off the Walls vegan sausage roll (so 75p after using the coupon on the shelf price of £1.25).
Shame the normal meat ones are 55p there at present.

Bought some raspberries. They're vegan and you can snack on them.
Also some nuts from Sainsbury which could be classified the same.

Added: Paid out fine for me.
