You need to call the number on that page to sort it out. But they are busy with unhappy bunnies today!!

Its been said before , You order the Hub , try that out and if you still need the Booster , then you can order it, they wont let you order both until uve tried the Hub out first. You have until February to order the Booster

I can add the booster, but can't order it until I add a tv package as well.

Does ordering the hub tie you in for another 12 months?

Ive ordered it but it says that my monthly bill will be higher...But i only added the free booster ..?

Worked for me too, just ordered one 5 minutes ago.

After trying ALL DAY, like most others, I have finally been successful. It may be a coincidence but having used both Firefox and Chrome during the day, I decided to try Internet Explorer. and it worked as it should. As I say may be a coincidence or perhaps the issue has been fixed, either way I can now get on with searching HUKD for other great deals and freebies.

Ordered but no confimation email, so ordered again, still no email, or order tracking .

Am I doing something wrong? It won't let me have the wireless booster free. It says it's £20. However, it will let me have the new Hub which is £69 for free.

Same for me. Looping nothing in basket on chrome but worked fine on internet explorer.
