From the site "Getting a little bored of your usual workout routine? Here are nearly 100 workout posters that will motivate you to train like Rocky, workout with the strength of Thor, or simply switch up your exercises.

The workouts are offered by fitness guru Neila Rey and updated weekly. One day you can do the Flash workout and build your endurance; the next, challenge yourself to get Bruce Lee Abs. All of the exercises require no equipment, and a couple can be done sitting on the couch or in your office. Most of all, have fun. It helps to imagine you're holding a lightsaber during the Jedi workout or training as if your life depended on it in the Hunger Games one.

Neila's also got lots of other great resources on her site, such as exercise challenges, so be sure to check around after saving the workouts you like."

I've added the links in the comments to save you having to go through them to find the download link.

These must be exercises for children.

Well, I'm a comic book nut (or at least I was in younger years) and I did look at the Wonder Woman Workout. I might even print it out :)! A bit of fun and if it inspires people to exercise, even better.

Nice one! I found this site as a whole very useful!! Thanks OP!

thanks. bookmarked.

I'd never seen this site before but just spent the last hour going through it and it's really good.
Thanks.

heat added, especially for the effort of the direct links

The exercise choices are actually really good.
Bit too easy for me, but I've been doing this stuff for years.

Thanks op, now I just need a free printer

just downloaded all by right clicking on the link and clicking on save link as

All links tested and working. Novices/newbies don't be put off...read on for tips.
This is what I've found..The 100 workouts links at the end (both seem the same, one looks like a misspelling) contain the full collection with small bits of additional info - and a total of 206 pages, so unless you plan on printing the whole lot, your best bet is to view them individually when you have time and print what's useful to you. Otherwise, on page 205, there's a link to Amazon to buy it as a hardcopy ie a book for just under a tenner (obv. you'll need an add on for free delivery). Hope that saves some peoples' sanity and time.
Thanks to the op, great resource, everyone should find something to inspire them, even the novices, who should try the TV workout or office workout as you're sitting down for most of them However, the stretches aren't very comprehensive, more are needed (hamstrings/biceps etc) to fully recover from many of the workouts.
Also, if you're unfit/have mobility issues/health problems etc, go ask your GP before having a go at these!

Great comment and thanks for posting kgeorg! Just to point out, the last two links I posted are different. One is a low resolution version meant for mobile devices and the other is meant for tablets neilarey.com/100…tml

computerdog, thanks for clarifying!
