FreeMind is giving full, free access to their app which is full of meditation and mindfulness tools to help people through the pandemic.

Free until 1st October 2020. Use as much as you want between now and then.

Afterwards you could keep it for £5 per month (which is 50% off the normal price) if you wish to continue.

You have to follow the process on their blog post to get the offer which unlocks all 280 meditations in the app.

Or you can use Smiling Mind created by clinicians in Australia. They are a non-profit using a science-based approach especially for mindfulness in schools and the workplace. Smiling Mind is TOTALLY FREE. They have panic-attack and reset meditations as short as three minutes, and more detailed meditations as long as 30. You can follow a programme or skip around and save your favs. Did I mention they are FREE? A fantastic resource for you AND YOUR KIDS.

Also a FREE, self-paced, 4-week mindfulness course for adults starts in 15 June on FutureLearn. Based at Monash at University, the two instructors (an Assoc Prof/GP and a Dr of clinical psych) and are part of Smiling Mind:
