Really good price for salmon fillets.

I chose the 4 I wanted and the bloke put them all in separate 'ready-to-cook' bags. They are sealed and just go straight in the oven or microwave.

I was told it was a national deal.

If you're lucky enough to get an incompetent member of staff (as I did) you might get them for even less. She put 6 in the bag...and put 4 on the label. Bargain.

They're ready to go in the oven/pan/grill without needing a ready-to-cook bag, too. A bit more mess and smell, but you get crispy skin

Well i did put a bit of olive oil on foil, but it still stuck to the foil, and quant, the skin is great.

Sounds like you might be over cooking it; that's the only time the skin ever sticks for me.

You have to over cook a bit to get the skin crispy, or it stays scaling and soft.

The only person who eats salmon skin in my house is the dog

That said, grill the salmon skin-side up and you'll get the best of both worlds; crispy skin, and succulent perfectly cooked salmon.
i bet it is farmed instead of wild !!! that's Y its probably cheap.
Our tesco(Boston) didnt have them as there was a "problem"
