Has anyone ever used these before? I am looking for my mother-in-law who's birthday is next weekend. How long do they take for delivery?

Hi Mum,you just have to take what they say......please allow 7 days for delivery.Sometimes you can select a date for delivery at an exta cost of about £1.Try contacting them via email at "][email protected] are usually quite prompt, but bearing in mind it is now the weekend you might not get a reply till monday.:)

The last time I used them the order got lost in the post, all credit to them they replaced them and doubled up on the order for free.

this is probably a really stupid question but here goes .... (sorry, I'm seriously braindead today...oh wait, it's not just today!;-) )

Can I pay for/buy this deal now, online and get the chocs and flowers delivered towards the end of the month (say 25th September?)?? As a special treat for my mommy when she gets back from hol?

Ooooh, or is this offer valid until around that time? If anyone knows, please let me know too Thanks in advance.

As long as they don't turn up all withered like some peoples have in the past - lol  . Your mother in law might take offence.

Only kidding, but some people have had probs with flowers in the past although as emma says their customer service is excellent. Recently I used my account to order some flowers for a girl at work to send to her mother in law for her birthday but they arrived dead.

I did email & complain & they were very apologetic and sent out another bunch FOC.

My (almost) mum-in-law just got a lovely bunch. All flowers were closed up when they arrived, but they are all opening up now, it's very nice I've had no cause to complain, but from other forum member's response here, if they complain, they are treated very well.

Like I say emma - totally agree, their customer service cannot be faulted IMO.

Also in my own experience every bunch my wife has recived so far have been A1.
