The Complete Collection of Friends is the eagerly awaited Blu-ray edition of the show. This compiles all ten seasons of the iconic and world renowned American sitcom, created by David Crane and Marta Kauffman. This Collection boasts Friends for the first time ever on Blu-ray, with all 236 original broadcast episodes on twenty-one discs, all completely remastered and enhanced in Blu-ray quality.

The show revolves around the very different lives of a group of six friends that live in Manhattan, and details their trials and tribulations during the ten years that they live in New York. It all starts when Rachel Green (Jennifer Aniston) leaves her fiancé at the altar, and goes to New York in search of her best friend from high school Monica Geller (Courteney Cox), who she subsequently moves in with. After moving in, she finds herself thrown into a tight-knit friendship group of Monica's older brother Ross (David Schwimmer), Ross' college roommate Chandler Bing (Matthew Perry), Chandler's current roommate Joey Tribbiani (Matt LeBlanc), and the mysterious Phoebe Buffay (Lisa Kudrow).

Friends depicts the highs and lows, friendships, romances, and careers of the six friends, who are often seen struggling with money or love, but who are always there for each other.

Rachel is determined to start a new life and work hard after her father quits paying for everything when she decides not to marry her fiancé, starting as a waitress in the coffee house Central Perk, but longing to work in fashion. Monica is a compulsive neat freak with a very bossy personality, who used to be exceedingly overweight but is now healthy and working as a head chef. Ross is Monica's older brother, a geeky palaeontologist who has been in love with Rachel since high school, and during their on-again-off-again relationship racks up a few failed marriages. Chandler has known Ross, Monica and Rachel since he went to college and ended up as Ross' roommate, fears commitment, and is stuck in a dead end corporate job he couldn't care less about. Joey is Chandler's roommate and has chosen acting as his profession, doing small-time roles in terrible shows and films, hoping for his big break, and exceeds at being a womaniser. Phoebe is a hippy who had a very peculiar and somewhat tragic childhood, and now works as a masseuse whilst writing and singing her own weird songs on guitar.

This Complete Collection shows how these young friends help each other through their day to day lives and struggles, always being there for each other, and always somehow ending up in awkward, yet hilarious situations. It's always difficult surviving in the real world, but it helps if you have friends. (Cat Emerson)

Season 1

From David Simon, creator and co-writer of HBO's triple Emmy-winning mini-series ""The Corner"", this unvarnished, highly realistic series follows a single sprawling drug and murder investigation in Baltimore. Told from the point of view of both the police and their targets, the series captures a universe of subterfuge and surveillance, where easy distinctions between good and evil, and crime and punishment, are challenged at every turn. Season one introduces two major groups of characters—the Baltimore police department and a drug dealing organization run by the Barksdale family.

Season 2

In this season, McNulty (Dominic West) has been demoted to harbour patrol, Daniels (Lance Reddick) is in the police archive dungeon, Prez (Jim True-Frost) is chafing in the suburbs and Greggs (Sonja Sohn) is stuck behind a desk. Meanwhile, on the docks of the Baltimore harbour, the rank and file scrounge for work and the union bosses take illegitimate measures to reinvigorate business, but a horrific discovery is about to blow the whole port inside out. While the detail is on ice, a new case begins.

Season 3

Told from the point of view of both the police and their targets, The Wire captures a universe of subterfuge and surveillance, where easy distinctions between good and evil, and crime and punishment, are challenged at every turn. Season 3 introduces Baltimore's local politicians and the upstart drug dealing Stanfield organization while continuing to examine the Barksdale Organization and the Baltimore Police Department.

Season 4

With the fall of Barksdale and the ascent of young Marlo Stanfield as West Baltimore's drug king, The Wire's fourth season continues to follow the money up the political ladder in the midst of a mayoral election that pits the black incumbent, Clarence Royce, against an ambitious white councilman, Tommy Carcetti.

Season 5

The Wire Season 5 concludes the award-winning TV series with a bang. The bodies are piling up in Homicide, but funds for police work have been diverted to the schools. Meanwhile, business is booming on the streets as the war between East and West Baltimore’s drug kings reaches a new intensity. McNulty is drinking again. Bubs is clean again. Omar is back with a vengeance and Carcetti is struggling to make a difference as Mayor. After taking us through the streets, the docks, the corridors of power and the schools, The Wire brings us to the Baltimore media, where the successes and tragedies of all of our favourite characters become ammunition in the battle for circulation figures.

90 hours of Friends!
Run for the hills!

It'll be on Netflix by the end of the year.

Friends is garbage

hi, the wire is selling £44.99 (with 10% off that would be £40.49), how could I get it to £35.99, anyone knows? thanks

one thing did worry me as zavvi always sending it out very late even they have the stocks, my last order took over 10 days before they despatch and the package is in a very bad, all the corners of my box-set getting big bumps. Thus unless I could get it for £35.99, I really not want to order from zavvi.

I could write a book on damaged box sets from zavvi. They also oversell inventory as I am finding out after a recent purchase. If their prices weren't occasionally so decent I wouldn't risk ordering from them. (Unless you bashed corners)

They are bad, try leaving a 1 star on a product it doesn’t work lol. They called me up and threatened me personally on the phone once because I was stating facts online. They duped hundreds into a fake and advertised sale about a year ago and didn’t honour any orders. After a long battle I eventually got my money back with the bank. Yet I still buy stuff if it is cheap enough, guess I’ll never learn.. lol

They should invest in some extra boxes and bubble wrap

Is it a packaging issue or a warehouse?

Change the deal now. Don't put The Wire (the best show) the second deal next to Friends (which is the worst show)

Goddamn no one has any taste in movies/TV series

I bought the digital complete full series of friends last year on google for the same price. Can now always be accessed via youtube or downloaded/streamed on the google video app - much more convenient than Discs imo
