Wow, a blast from the past. Loved this movie as a child. The remake is actually not too bad too, surprisingly.
Classic, one of my favourite films.
Wish I had an ASDA near me, or other places price-matched them. Checked Sainos and it was £12 (same at Amazon), so this is 1/3 cheaper!
There are tonnes of special features on this too. It's a great set.
Great film! And just a heads up if people don't mind used DVDs.
On amazon they have used fright night 1985 version as above in very good condition. Seller is music magpie. £2.29p including postage. Fair enough not sealed and brand spanking new but its a bargain at that price just for classic film.
Love this film! Can't go wrong with Roddy Mcdowall (especially planet of the apes and legend of Hell house)
Heat added
Can't find it in my local store(Colchester)

I got a European copy last year, but I'll probably pick this one up eventually if it has special features and a superior transfer Had to get Fright Night Part II (1988) from Spain but luckily that ended up being a good HD transfer too.
The original is awesome
Just to mention, I found it eventually in the DVD chart at my local Asda (as it is blu ray and dvd), if people don't spot it immediately.

I was surprised to find out recently that "Evil Ed" ended up being a gay pornstar for several years.
Thanks- picked up this morning following recommendation on a podcast (Skip to the End- they raved about the previously hard to find documentary in the bonus features)
