From J.J. Abrams (Lost), Roberto Orci and Alex Kurtzman - the team that brought you Star Trek, Mission Impossible: III and Alias - and executive producers Jeff Pinkner and Bryan Burk comes a new drama that will thrill, terrify and explore the blurring line between science fiction and reality.

When an international flight lands at Boston's Logan Airport and the passengers and crew have all died grisly deaths, FBI Special Agent Olivia Dunham is called in to investigate. When the search nearly kills her partner, Special Agent John Scott, a desperate Olivia searches frantically for someone to help, leading her to Dr. Walter Bishop, our generation's Einstein. There's only one catch: He's been institutionalized for the last 20 years, and the only way to question him requires pulling his estranged son, Peter (Joshua Jackson), in to help. Under Special Agent Phillip Broyles, our trio will discover that what happened on that fatal flight is only a small piece of a larger, more shocking truth.

This is a show I have been thinking about watching but always forget about it. Is it worth watching?

YES!

seriously, i cant recommend it highly enough! best programme on tv at the moment! buy it and you will not be disappointed, especially at this price!!!
hot!!!

Yes! Definitely, Walter Bishop is an exceptional character

Very well acted, and with great paranormal plots.

xx

Wonderful show, it'll take half a series to get into but well worth it.

£17.99 on blu-ray as well which isn't bad (that's at amazon)

don't forget ur mcdonalds vouchers

Think I will grab the boxset at this price and use a mcdonalds voucher as well. I was hoping the blu ray version would come down but might as well save a few quid and get the DVD version

Another recommendation for Fringe... brilliant show. Reminds me of how brilliant at the time the X-Files was in the 90's for me.

could someone message me a mcdonalds voucher please. thank you very much

Yeah as La_Fouinard said it'll take few episodes to truly get into (not that the first few are crap, but its more about character development). One of my favourite shows on TV, Walter Bishop = LEGEND :-D

Thanks for the advice folks. I will take the plunge at this price.

It is a marvellous show - lost it a little at the start of series 2 but really hitting it's stride now.

I watch loadsa shows, but fringe isn't one of them, yet. I'll give it a go.

to return a favour for one recieved and one which isn't checked out except by weirdos like me.

Secret Army (1979)

S1+2 were easy enough to find on NG but I had to go back to torrent for s3. I honestly have been downing that for 1.5 weeks and I've just got to 70%. I feel a bit retro:-D .

The fact I even mentioned it says, imo, it's good.

Ah *****!!! Wish I'd checked on here sooner
