Please explain. Unless it's just the age thing, in which case, sigh.
You don't have to prove your age. You just enter a dob and tick a box to confirm the person using the sim is under 30. I've set two of these up for teenage family members, all paid for and registered to a 30+ year old (me) and no issues whatsoever.
I've been with them for 1 year, and I think it's amazing. Before that I tried both giffgaff (O2) and Smarty (Three). I love how social media doesn't count towards your data, I pay £10 p/m and never run out of data, as most of it is used on Instagram and Facebook

Your experience seems to directly contradict the T&C's:

b. You can become a VOXI customer if you are under 30 years old. When activating your VOXI SIM card, we will ask you for identification to confirm your age.
c. As a customer, you can only have one VOXI account and one active VOXI SIM card per account
Not sure why this is going cold!

Strange.
I'm pretty sure there wasn't any kind of ID check. I think it was just a tick to confirm your under 30. This was September last year though.
I did setup both Sims under different accounts / email accounts though.

Just out of interest, do you use other apps a lot like YouTube, music, games etc? If you do, or compared to other apps you use, how much data do you end up using on average each month? I'm most likely joining VOXI in June and will probably just go for 15GB for £15 if it's still the same price then. :-)
Ageist, and expensive.

I don't YouTube or game, but I use Spotify often and quite a bit of Instagram, web browsing etc. I average around 8gb and I used to run out of data, and had to top up on all my previous 8GB plans but i've not had to worry at all since being with voxi. It's worth noting that there is a streaming pass you can add (for a few £s) that gives you unlimited streaming, so with unlmited social media & streaming you would be okay with a cheaper smaller data allowance

Does it require you to use the standard apps to not count the social media data?

Like, can I use another twitter or Facebook client (etc) & the he data still doesn't count?

If you mean a version that isn't the official Twitter or Facebook app/website, that the social media company didn't make, I have no idea sorry. You can use the unlimited data on the website and app versions of the social media services if that's what you are asking.
