Well, asking wether the date was set, that's usually the sly way of weaseling your way into an invitation.

Damn me and my big fingers. I need Size Z+1.

(I got married last weekend and I want an "everyday" wedding ring and keep the expensive one for special occasions)

You can weigh it in for £21.29 at hatton gold metals.

Surely will go up in value as well.

So maybe worth a buy even if you don't intend to use it.

I had one like from Argos or 'Victoria Duke' or whatever they called it - for my first marriage in 1997 - it was a nasty ugly piece of crap and went in the bin a few years later when I binned the nasty ugly piece of crap that gave me it

Are the larger sizes heavier or are they all the same weight?

If they aren't heavier, they must be thinner?

That's one nasty looking ring there.

Why was it 179? lol

Well done for marrying and sleeping with a nasty ugly piece of crap.

Ring of fire.

Nothing says 'I love you' like an Argos wedding ring.

Argos jewellery oO

Can I get this inscribed with the Lord of the Rings stuff?

Precious !!!

If it ever was -- sounds like the usual Argos trick of putting a price up by a large amount for a few days.
*"Please note that this item has previously been on sale at the same price."

What about a reduced to clear Argos wedding ring X)

So cheap it could almost be termed disposable and buy another when you get re-married:(

True love

No expense spared

how much does it weigh?that is more important here.

179 quid! What a load of rubbish. The sale price is the normal price, I'd say.

You might want to look for a Tungsten ring, they can be found very cheap and are bomb proof and hold a shine even if you work in heavy industry.

One ring to rule them all. My precious

1.8g currently £11.94 for 9 ct.(http://www.scrapgolduk.co.uk/)
£11.94 * 1.8 = £21.49.
So not a fantastic bargain. Basically £3.50 for the ring plus materials.
