Found golden ticket and used them to buy a last minute winter sun trip to Hurghada, kept looking and have found some amazing deals to Sharm as well.

All prices include Hotel, Return Transfers, Baggage (20kg) & Late Checkout.

No visa required for the Sinai area so these prices are all you'd have to pay while abroad.

Temperatures around this time of year are between 22-28c during the day but wrap up warm at night!

really good offer and thanks for the time taken to post but with all the trouble in egypt at the minute im not sure i would like to go.

Sharm generally very safe even with troubles

Read then think about booking. It's supposed to be a holiday but if risk like this is involved, how can you relax? There are safer places, yes everywhere has a risk involved but this is out of the question for me.

Nothing wrong with safety in Sharm.
The Egyptians are extremely dependent on foreign tourists. They've lost tourism around Cairo so wouldn't want to risk losing any more elsewhere like Sharm or Hurghada
