This looks a lovely break 9-16 May in Sicily, somwhere a bit different. The accommodation looks really good with lots of variation, kids clubs and watersports and activities in a national park.

The accommodation alone for these dates is over £200 a night and that's direct and only full board, not all inclusive so the savings are huge. Dates are 9-16 May.

For more info on the resort, details can be found here

£60 per parent per child. Me and the wife got a £120 fine each for taking our 2 out of school. But saved £2000 and holiday.
Just done the search, £319 pp now
price gone up now, what's weather like though in early May, might be a bit chilly
I am at this resort currently on holiday! Just got here! I paid 765 for 2 adults and 1 child may 2nd to 9th

Have fun! Make memories 😃
i don't think the kids club is on as it's out of season

they do have some people called jumbo crew
we had to move rooms as the room we got was too small and had no outdoor space so we "upgraded" to a ground floor room with a patio for an extra €5 per person per night so €70 extra
not sure about the food. i just had lunch and the buffet lunch was nice enough, although the pork tasted a bit like dog food.

the chips were ok.

the hazlenut ice cream was really nice though!

having a siesta now zzz
I’m thinking of going sicily in September
Great to have a UKHD on site reporter for this deal!
Yeah the buffet is ok.

The resort isn't 4 star.

I would say 3 star at best.
It's raining today but hopefully it should clear up later on in the week
We have met someone from our home town lol
Oh btw the rooms are just a bed and a bathroom. They do have a telly and a fridge but there's no kettle so no tea in room. You have to go to the bar or restaurant for tea/coffee
Everything is solar powered/solar panels

The electric went for a minute.

Maybe because it's raining/no sun?
It's mainly oaps.
There are a couple of families here with kids myself included but it's mainly oaps.

The English are moaning about the resort

One thing that annoys me is they have a buffet but there's no signs so you don't know what anything is

We are good at complaining about everything!

Brilliant to have your updates on here. Is there much to do outside of the hotel?
Stayed there in September last year. Was OK but the staff speak very poor English and wasn't any English entertainment. The location is poor as you're in the middle of nowhere and can't walk anywhere from the hotel as the roads don't have pavements and fast cars on them. The rooms were very dated and basic too. It's a good price but I'd not go again and would rather spend a bit more on somewhere better for my week off.
