Fruity heat
Got a couple of pear trees from Costco a couple of years ago for similar price.
The varieties were "Williams" and "Comice". Nice quality trees and they are both doing well. Both trees even produced fruit from the first year of planting. So they must have already been 4-6 years old when I got them from Costco. For this price you won't find better fruit trees!
Top noch quality from COSTCO.
Thanks been looking out for when Costco will be selling their fruit trees, my parents bought an apple tree from them and it is doing really well, very cheap also.
anyone know the varieties on sale or what rootstock they are on?

Edit: specifically the apples

Wow. I had similar apple ones.. almost 3 years now. Still nothing... patience...
Better off just going to a local garden centre in Autumn. Then you just go round and take a bite out of any with fruit on and decide if they are worth having. Nothing worse than buying a fruit tree and waiting a few years to hear fruit and then find it's not what you hoped it would taste like. (They are often reduced at the end of year as well).
Quick mention Aldi also put different varieties of apple , pear plum and cherry trees on yesterday for £9.99 if you can’t get to a Costco, or if the Costco ones are too big to get into your car!
Worth looking up Dutch bulbs wholesale if you want a large selection of fruit trees. Buy 10 and they're £7 each. I bought 20 last year and I am sure it was £6.50 per tree. They are young trees though. Costco might be older and more likely to fruit this season.

Hi thanks for the recommendation, how high were the trees roughly when they arrived? It states trees are two year olds but does not give a general average height and I am not familiar with how high 2 year old trees are roughly. Do you think yours will fruit this year?
About 1.5m I guess. I had a couple trees give me a few small apples last year. I'm not going anywhere, so hoping they will get going eventually but they have all survived.

Cheers thanks for the info. I'll probably have a look in Costco and if not buy from where you recommended
Can you just plant these in pots or must they go in the ground?

Do they appear to be decent quality? Might get my mum and dad an apple one
Yes, descent root stock and graft for the cherry. All looked healthy. About 30 in Sheffield. Probably 2/3 different varieties of pear, apple, cherry and plum.

Thank you, I’ll nip to the Liverpool warehouse in the morning and pick one up and hopefully fit in the car
