The curry ones are so good!

Fry's products are great just expensive compared to alternatives

Are they worth it though?
I don't mind paying extra for a superior product.
Has anyone tried the mushroom one?

Yes I would say so. I prefer the pastry to Linda Mccartney, creamy mushroom flavour is great too it's got the authentic flavour

Shame that it's got palm in it.
Seems odd that they feel the need to point out that a mushroom pie is meat free. You don't see 'alcohol free lemonade' or 'angle grinder free wellington boots'.

It is odd because it says it has 'chicken style pieces' in it. And yet they call it 'country mushroom'.

Tbf, it looks like a chicken + mushroom pie if you didn't know it was meat-free
Nice to see these now being stocked in Tesco, and not jusdt Morrisons and Ocado. Hot from me.
That looks good

It's amusing to see companies list Palm Oil as a subset of Vegetable Oil using the term "Palm Fruit". Half the population will believe it to be something completely different.
make it cheaper than the meat ones and I might try it

I didn't think so. They're quite small and the sauce doesn't taste great although I like mushrooms this wasn't tasty in the sauce. I wouldn't buy again rather stick with veg or cheese/onion instead.

I wouldn't recommend it and I actually like mushrooms. The picture on the front isn't what you get it's a dark sauce and not creamy.
