i thought this model was hot of the press 2 different new models mate the 550exr has gps not much else

You are better off getting a refurb F300EXR for £140 from fuji shop. Not enough to justify the £100 getting this. Sadly, the EXMOR sensor is not as great as it's cracked up to be.

No it's not ..... both the F550 and F500 have been launched together.
They are very nearly the same camera but the F500 is without either the GPS or Raw capture and has a slightly slower burst rate when shooting.
