Great deal using the "PARTYTIME" £75 off voucher code for this everyday prime lens. Still expensive and can be bought cheaper from grey-import websites but a good price from a UK retailer.

Eglobal
I'd hold off on buying the 23mm f2 for a bit. I personally didn't like how soft it is compared to the f1.4.
VILTROX are supposed to be releasing a 23mm in the next few weeks which might be impressive dependning on the price

Same here. Viltrox 1.4 series shall be here soon and around $250 if true. Reviews for 85mm were mainly positive so let's hope.
I’ve heard good things about e-infinity UK. I know someone who got the X-T30 kit from there at a really good price. No customs, delivery took about 5 days.

I can vouch for eGlobal central having recently bought the XF27mm f2.8 pancake at a knockdown price of about £125. Arrived in reasonable time and with no customs charges. Can also go via TopCashback for a few extra pounds off.

Here to, very disappointing lens.
It not just pixel peeping soft, its visably soft in normal viewing.

You must have a bad example. Mine is absolutely fine in every regard but slightly soft wide open. I think there’s a lot of undeserved negativity spouted about this lens. Same for the xf18 f2. Loads of bad press yet it’s a cracking lens in reality

Made me less twitchy about having bought it!
This lens is only soft wide open near the minimum focus distance.

I use this and the 56mm for my street photography.
Cracking lens as are all the f2 primes they do.
The wide open thing is a really bad defence. Im not sure why someone would buy an F2 lens to shoot at f5.6?
Compared to other primes this is pretty bad imo. If this lens cost 100 quid it would be acceptable, but 300+ is a lot for a prime lens half the internet say is to soft.

I am a jpg shooter tho, im thinking those with 'good' versions are shooting raw???
I love mine ,can’t praise it enough

I'm tempted to pick up one of these on the grey .... but I'm now considering this Viltrox 23 1.4. Must say I didn't know anything about that and not sure I know of their lenses.

Enough there for me to pause and wait for reviews to see what it's like.
