Got the AX250 (similar camera but with 5x optical zoom) for a little less at Argos at few months back.

This is an OK deal on a decent little basic camera but not especially cheap these days for an AA powered point and shoot.

Fox5 has done now (thanks).

Obviously can't go back to that one but my point is that prices on these decent, simple AA cameras have fallen a great deal and the posted deal is no more than OK these days. Not sniping just trying to help people judge value. If you must have it today this could be one to go for though.

Bear in mind the pros and cons of AA power too. You'll either spend lots on disposables or need to invest more in some good rechargeables and charger. I much prefer dedicated Li-ion power but this camera lives in my car with disposables not installed for occasional/emergency use - perfect for that.

I have an older version for work, 10.2MP I think. It's pretty average.
