Refurbished products mean great deals, with significant discounts off a product's suggested guide prices.

Our refurbished products come with the same full box contents as a brand new product, including a full 12 month warranty covering any failure that occurs due to a manufacturing defect, exactly the same warranty as buying new! They are supplied in a generic refurbished box much like the one seen here.

What is a refurbished camera?

From time to time, limited quantities of FUJIFILM products are returned to us by our retailers. Every product that is returned in this way is extensively inspected and tested by trained technicians and restored to a like-new condition.

Refurbished products may exhibit some minor cosmetic imperfections but these in no way impair products operation.

Been there forever... Good price though. Keep in mind this uses normal CMOS sensors not X-Trans.
I don't need this, I don't need this...
Bought this last time the referbs were available - an absolutely brilliant camera!! Zero regrets and load of amazing photos.

ordered this yesterday after much dithering and looking at comparisons between it and xt20 and there not being any xt20 available

the xt20's extra dials with shutter speed and exp compensation is what i want going forward though, better sensor aswell

its too much faffing about having to go through menus to set these options, ofcourse when you do set them you forget and take other photos with the wrong settings, pia to be honest, i guess its useful for some people though and helps to bring the price down

Too bad to hear that. I was in the same situation, waiting a long time for X-T20, was going to go for X-T100, but thought if I were to go Fuji, I have to have X-Trans . I went for a S/H X-T20 instead. I did not know X-T100 is so bad TBH, what I heard is you might be able to map those two dials to whatever you want, don't quote me though.

where did you get the x-t20 and how much did you pay for it ? if you dont mind me asking

also is their an iso button or dial on the x-t20 ?

normally id be a bit hesitant of buying used or reconditioned but as its from fuji themselves its got to be worth a chance, ive heard their refurbs are like brand new, lets hope lol

I got a quite beaten up one for ~240 without any acc./batteries/charger from some guy who appears to be just selling some random stuff bought in bulk. Spent ~20 for two 3rd party batteries and charger. It turned out to be ok, but obviously it could have been much worse, I might have just got lucky TBH.
You can define one of those buttons to be iso, I don't switch ISO much, normally just have it on auto, and use the Q button to change it if I need to. But I have just managed to change the Fn button to initiate iso setting, but of course you will then need to use up and down to change it.
I do think Fuji have brilliant refurbs. I wouldn't have done I have done if they have XT20 in stock even though it might cause slightly more.
For the money it's a fantastic camera - although it did take me a while to get used to the controls.

If you haven't started with any systems, and if you are on budget, and if you don't mind the weight, I would suggest you have a think what type of photography you want to do, what types of lenses you plan to purchase, then decide what system, brand and body. You will find it will be more cost efficient in one or two years time this way. Do you shoot commercially? How big will the prints be? Do you have good eye sight and patient to use manual lenses?
