Description
The Fujifilm X-T30 mirrorless camera offers similar performance to the X-T3, in a smaller and lighter body. It includes a new 4th generation 26.1 megapixel image sensor and new X-processor. The X-T30 features the same phase-detection AF system as the X-T3 with almost 100% frame coverage, blackout-free high-speed continuous shooting of up to 30fps, monochrome adjustment function, Colour Chrome effect and Sports Viewfinder mode while also offering functions for the beginner and enthusiast photographer, such as the Advanced SR Auto function. A new intuitive touch-screen panel has also been added with improved response.

The X-T30 uses an eight-direction lever instead of the traditional 4-way selecter buttons. This gives the camera's compact body extra room to grip the camera for added stability, even with larger lenses. The thickness of the grip has also been increased so the camera sits more comfortably in your hand.

Back-illuminated 26.1 megapixel image sensor
New image processing engine for maximum performance

Faster and more accurate AF performance

Face- and eye-detection AF

Unique Film Simulation modes

High performance electronic viewfinder

Does it work with xf lenses o it's own?
Holy crap that's a brilliant price 🤪
Hot!
Why would someone buy this body with these lenses...like buying a sports car fitted with heavy wheels and cheap tyres...

I wish tho, I could use the trade in bonus in combination with these codes to upgrade to this body..

Sports car? You are buying T30 not T3.
18-55 is awesome . I am selling the kit lens XC15-45mm and 50-230mm.
From experience , I will suggest to go for the 18 55 .
Thank me later.

I would have said GT if it was for the T3 still the T30 is quite close...these lenses suit something like the xa series...

How do you drive out of the forecourt if the car had no wheels? You can always change them later.

I'm worried as "some" people cannot figure out how to change lenses, maybe part exchange it for a point a shoot toy camera
Amazing deal, especially if you immediately sell those cheap lenses.

Depends on how its going to be used. For trees and mountains or mid summer in the Sahara this kit is fine (the image quality is fantastic).
But if your catching moving subjects in the uk I totally agree. The 18-55 2.8-4 is the way to go.
And if you need more range or more detail the 55-200 is brilliant.

Anyone looking at this i would say take a gander at the x-t2 tho. I know its apples and pears (and this really is a great deal) but its a much nicer camera to use, if lighter on the spec sheet.
That is a ridiculous price - so cheap for such an amazing camera!
Anyone thinking of this should snap that up - it won't be that cheap for a very long time!
Defo get the XF 18-55 lens instead of the XC - a superb lens which retails over £500.
damn! this is an awesome deal
Being watching this camera for a while, now they drop the price when I got myself a new nikon grrrrr lol
Ok so this is a crazy good deal. I’ve just got the charcoal X-T30 with XF 18-55 lens also for £889.10, the same price as the silver one (Black one should work too). I had to put a memory card in to apply the 2nd code and then delete the card as instructed, and the discount remained.
I’ve been watching this for a few weeks now on the Fuji site as a refurbished model for £959 which I thought was a great deal compared to new, but this is another £70 off that for a brand new one.
I went through Quidco too for another 2.5% IF it pays out (probably won’t), which will discount it by about another £20.
Great deal OP - heat added even though I’m now much poorer

Imo, this would be good for a beginner or enthusiast who's buying Fuji for the first time and planning to buy XF prime lens later anyway.
X-T3 has free grip back on to if of any interest
Just seen the code works on the X-T30 body that's £649, now thats a good price for my second body!!

If £649 it's a good price, then £574 by stacking both codes is even better I wish there was a way to combine the £240 trade in bonus for my xt10 and I would have been all over it

Looks like false economy to me to waste time and money on mediocre lenses that very soon will have to be upgraded...I did the same mistake in the beginning thinking been within a budget, but cost me more in the end. Don't get me wrong, you post a brilliant deal and thanks for the codes, if someone is willing to jump through hoops, these lenses can be sold for ~£250, so the body can be had for ~£450.

Everyone needs to learn mind and cheap lens's is a cheap way of finding out what you use and how before spending big on stuff you may not need.
Plus as you say the lens's can be sold making the body look even more attractive. Last time i sold a similer kit (used) it totaled £220

When you mention mediocre lenses, I assume you aren’t referring to the 18-55 lens (?) which is regarded as a very good lens. This is the one I’ve bought with the camera.

Yes as OP said, it's about the xc lenses, not bad for what they are, but have no place on a body like this...I have the 18-55, from my limited experience, probably the best "kit" lens of any system...

Actually you'd be surprised how good that 50-230 is.
Edited by: "davidfwalsh" 27th Aug
Must agree with the positive comments about the 50-230mm. It's a great lens, not your normal kit lens. Really impressed with my pal's XC lens, as my 55-200 XF is sick AGAIN, after a £100 repair bill with Fuji UK only back in May. You can get them new on eBay, for not much more than than my lens repair charge.
