Found this while searching for a good refurbished desktop to replace my ancient 2nd gen i3.
I didint want a ultra slim form factor like the dell, as I wanted to put a graphics card in there after buying it.
The form factor and the processor is the only thing good about this deal. Spend a little money on a single 4GB stick and a 120GB SSD and you have a decent computer.

TCB?
Thanks, Good spot. I missed that detail
Top Cashback.
Edit: Don't see the seller listed in the blurb or title anywhere!?
Good little machine but it’s SFF so half-height cards only - you can probably get a low-profile 1050 Ti in there which makes it a decent eSports gamer. To be honest all the SFF PCs from Fujitsu, Dell or HP are pretty similar. Encore-PC is the seller. Can’t really knock this for the price but prepare to fit an SSD as hard disks make these insufferably slow.
Nifty processor, still capable for 4-5 more years
I asked a mod to add the retailer.
Ain't got a clue. Will serve the basic user very well (with the addition of an SSD)
Depends how many clients you'll have connected simultaneously. But for comparison, I've an HP Proliant N36L with a dual core AMD Athlon II Neo N36L (1.3 Ghz) K325 CPU that I bought back in 2011 and use for Plex. I mainly stick to 720p and it serves to two or three local clients fine. It'll transcode 1080p content to one client just fine but struggles above that, I wouldn't touch 4K with it.
Here's a performance comparison:
