Dual Gigabit LAN
onboard RAID - 4 port SATA with RAID 0/1/10 for HDDs
6x SATA ports

two PCI-e 3.0 x8 slots notched supporting x16 card
PCI-e 2.0 slot x1 (mech. x4)
PCI-e 2.0 slot x4 (mech. x8)

Fujitsu list an NVS315 as an option so it will take x16 cards, though the PSU power output is limited at 250W and it probably doesnt have a dedicated power cable for graphics cards.

1x DVD-RW drive
Sound out put operating is 24dB, so this will be very quiet.

Interesting slightly better server than the Dell T20 if you need 16GB RAM
(I have a T20, several TS140s and we are a Fujitsu reseller, so we know their hardware well).
No, I don't have any connection with Servers Plus.

must get back to work

the 6x sata ports would be what swings it for me, but i wonder how many bays it has?
to answer my own question

Up to 4x 3.5-inch non-hot plug SATA storage drives and support for RDX backup devices.

I need 5, i wonder if i pulled out the optical drive i could fit a bay or two

where did you get 6x sata ports, i see no mention of this on the product description other than supports 4 drives.
Here's a manual for it...

Manual

There is 6 sata ports.

Also there are 2x 5.25" bays. Only one using being used for the ODD, so you could use a 5.25" to 3.5" adaptor and use the 2nd 5.25" to hold a 5th HDD.
PSU appears to be 250W (D'oh! Hootwo already said that)

Also a configurator here
The 4 main sata ports run through Intel C226 chipset so that looks like a max. 4 drives for Intel RAID 0/1/10 ?
Trying to see if more than 4x sata ports are 6Gbps - useful for Z-RAID etc....

Also a BIOS manual here
No clue whether 5th and 6th sata are 3Gbps or 6Gbps though ...

i personally wouldnt be too bothered about their speed as i would look to add the os drive to one of those two ports, with the other 4 having drives in raid.
I nearly bought this over the Dell T20 a while back, but the killer was graphics ports - the Dell has 2 DisplayPorts and 1 VGA, whilst the Fujitsu only has 1 VGA. Shame, this would have been perfect otherwise
Am I going mad? How is £515 minus £150 cash back £335? Unless they are giving you £150 plus 20% extra for VAT back or someone letting you avoid paying VAT until after you get your cash back?
515-150 = 365 to me.
