Luckily there's a kindle fire app, too!
I'm sure I read that these have a security issue on BBC recently.

The connection is so patchy on these (have an unloved one here), I would be surprised if they were intercepted.

Ok fair enough . Just thought it was worth mentioning.
Each new version seems to get uglier and more plastic - thought the original was cute though.
Fab price
Good price but has been cheaper (Tesco) since Xmas
Been £19.96 since before Xmas in toys r us if you have one local worth a check as they're not available online for delivery or click and collect.
Got this last year for daughter, I remember reading app won't be supported mid 2018, possible April or June, can't remember which one...
The app won’t be supported after June 2018, not sure what happens then whether it automatically shuts down or it’s still playable just with no updates

We bought 3 for our kids at Xmas, the good quality batteries only lasted 2 weeks, and won’t work with cheaper or my rechargeable batteries.
Does anyone know what happens after June? I assume just no more updates or will this just stop working completely?
Interesting toy for hacking around with if you get the urge:
