if there are quite a few complains from this retailer shouldn't HUKD Ban this retailer ? I am sure it is HUKD responsibility as well that customers are not loosing money {same as FB needs to block fake news }

yep, another one waiting here. Ordered on the same day and still no sign of it. Not overly optimistic its going to arrive now, but will probably give it another week or 2 before the claims process

I'm waiting on mine coming, but I ordered from gearbest. So I think mine will turn up.

Last week I received RC Quadcopter. I haven't tried it yet but it is small but for £6 it's a toy. The controller may come in handy for projects. This was from Gearbest.

I'm also waiting on a £200+ electric bike wheel from gearbest it's shipped from China in November 20 but now stopped at gearbest warehouse Germany, tracking via ups courier showing awiating GB to handover to ups courier, ups via Facebook messenger off the record said Chinese companies hold order's halfway until they acrue so many orders before handing over to courier to save on costs! So how long that takes is anyone's guess, GB just keep fobbing me off with excuses, ie delays by customs, weather, etc but they never directly answer my questions why is my order just stopped at Germany?

thanks for responding to my comment. To state fact I have not bought anything from your company so cannot comment on service quality but it was a generic comment for HUKD moderators that if there are lot of people impacted by a specific business then HUKD should actively be looking towards blocking those business from HUKD website. It more becomes a moral duty as HUKD gains more visitors.

Mine was shipped on 10-11-2017, still no sign of it. The tracking number shows nothing. It seems that it is going to miss Christmas. Ordered from gearbest and banggood before, they normally arrive within two weeks.

@hobbes748 think once it enters the UK we have no visibility and I can imagine customs are busy this time of year. I just hope the other one turns up before Christmas but I would say it’s definitely too late to order now for Christmas.

Didn't reply to this as mine turned up yesterday after arriving in the UK on 12-11-2017 according to tracking? But it is not the colour ordered So there is still hope for those that have not received yet.

A lot of complaints here so ill give the other side. I ordered mine after seeing the post here on HUKD last month and it arrived today (finally). Really fun little thing to fly!

My other one also arrived today! Yay! I think you’re looking at a month to arrive so if you’re willing to wait it’s a good deal

Ordered on 24th November and arrived yesterday. Great fun, going to buy a few more the next time they're thus cheap!
