The usual crowd who don't know or like the product. Guess they thought this was Reevoo...

these are eggactly what I was looking for - I thought you must be yolking at this price? I'm cracking open my wallet and purchasing some! If I miss out on this deal I would have egg on my face

@bigmo_uk : lol but you could replace purchasing with 'shelling out for some' ;-)

These are brilliant! eggs come out like two small silicone implants lol

Smear a thin film of butter inside the pod (I use kitchen roll)
bring the water up to a simmer
float the pods in the water, cover wait 5 minutes
Remove from the pan then run a tea spoon round the edge (to release)
Drop out, on to lightly buttered toast

Perfect...

got these from Amazon when they were about £4 and they're egg-cellent (excellent)

Agree. They are rubbish, though.

Could you please elaborate? Do you mean they don't work, they fall apart, or you just don't like eggs?

i've got these, but its very hard breaking the shell on the side of them.

Said more there. The eggs take longer and just aren't as nice basically. Getting a perfect yolk is a lot more difficult even if using a lid. There was a massive thread about them but I can't find it where some people showed the 'clingfilm method' which is a bit of a faff but the results are visually great because they look like they came from a restaurant and it's easy to keep the yolk runny.

I have these and think they're fab!

Get about 1" of water to fast boil in covered saucepan - set the poachers in, turn heat down to 1 and cover again for three and a half minutes. Perfectly cooked with runny yolk everytime [I use eggs which are at room temperature - will take longer out of the fridge]

Although I just use my hands, I see you can also buy a poach pod lifter!
