It’s more of a netbook in terms of CPU and spec and looks a lot like the other Chinese laptops of this price - e.g. EzBook Jumper 3.

The spec is ok for browsing/light media but would not be good for any kind of gaming

I’d love to hear opinions on this, my son is looking for a laptop to do a little bit of school work and play minecraft/roblox/terraria and would be great to hear how these would perform on this?

he already has a PS4 and iPad Air for most of his gaming so this would just be another one to try out so doesn’t need to be amazing.

It’s cheap and at 150 reduction it’s definitely a saving, however, never heard of Fusion. I think you get what you pay for. This may turn out to be an expensive paperweight.

It's not Chinese it's built in Britain, it's quad core which is better than a lot of the dual core deals we've been shown, it's full HD in its screen and it's 14.1 size screen so it ain't small so for the £200 range this is pretty good kit

The only down size is the speakers aren't the best

Should play all three of them I'd buy him a external HD though to store the games on like wmd you can get them rather cheap at the right times

It was never £350. No one would have paid that for it, even at launch

Did you even look at the CPU? It’s still a low-end Cherry Trail designed for tablets. Just going it’s ‘quad core not dual’ doesn’t mean a lot.

It’s also obviously a Chinese OEM. Do you really think a British company could manufacture what is basically a MacBook Air clone and get away with it?

Aye Geordie born and bred. Only thing is when I asked them y they aren't immediately available they said it was down to the supplier so probably more Guandong than Gateshead.

Actually I've just had a thought. My stepdaughter is doing a uni year in China at the moment so couldn't she buy something over there mega cheap and ship it over?
